A reputed hospital in Gurugram is looking for a dedicated Dialysis Technician to join its clinical team on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating hemodialysis machines, priming dialyzers, and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions. Key duties include assessing vital signs, managing vascular access, administering standard anticoagulants as directed, and responding promptly to any clinical emergencies or machine alarms. You will also oversee the disinfection and maintenance of dialysis equipment, adhere to strict infection control standards, and maintain accurate documentation of procedures and treatment parameters.
Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology or equivalent clinical training - Sound knowledge of hemodialysis machine operations, reuse systems, and RO water plant functioning - Ability to monitor vitals and handle clinical complications calmly - Good communication skills and a patient-centric approach
