A reputed hospital in Gurugram is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily sanitation and hygiene operations. The role involves overseeing the housekeeping staff, organizing duty rosters, and ensuring all hospital areas maintain high standards of cleanliness.
You will be responsible for shift allocation, monitoring daily cleaning routines, and verifying that NABH housekeeping checklists are strictly followed. A key aspect of the role is supervising biomedical waste (BMW) segregation and disposal in accordance with hospital infection control protocols and statutory guidelines. The supervisor will coordinate closely with infection control teams and department heads to address maintenance and cleanliness concerns promptly.
