Security Guard Job in Gurugram

A reputed hospital in Gurugram is looking for a dependable Security Guard to join the facility team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safety and security across the hospital premises. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring visitor movement, managing entry and exit gates, and guiding patients and attendants to the right departments.

You will conduct regular rounds of the building, ensure corridors and emergency pathways remain clear, and report any safety risks to the supervisor. The role involves managing parking order, responding quickly during hospital emergencies, and handling sensitive situations calmly. You will work closely with administrative and nursing staff to ensure a peaceful environment throughout the facility.

Requirements: - Basic education with ability to read and write simple Hindi or English - Prior experience working in security, preferably in healthcare or commercial premises - Alert, physically fit, and able to handle standing duties - Calm demeanor with good communication skills for patient handling - Willingness to work in rotational shifts for continuous hospital coverage
