Store / Purchase Assistant Job in Gurugram

A reputed hospital in Gurugram is looking for a Store / Purchase Assistant to support its daily inventory and supply chain operations. The role primarily involves overseeing the stock of laboratory reagents, hospital consumables, and related medical supplies to ensure unhindered patient care services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, raising timely indents based on department requirements, and receiving incoming consignments. You will inspect deliveries against purchase orders, manage physical storage under proper conditions, and maintain accurate inventory records. A crucial part of this role includes systematic expiry tracking, implementing first-in, first-out practices, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to avoid shortages or wastage.

Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline or relevant diploma holder. - Prior experience in hospital stores, inventory management, or purchase assistance. - Hands-on familiarity with reagent and consumable stock handling. - Proven ability in indenting, purchase order verification, and expiry tracking. - Good knowledge of basic computer applications and inventory software.
