According to the center, this is a Yoga Alliance registered school offering yoga teacher training courses, sound healing, and meditation in Dharamshala. Founded with teacher Krishna Das Baba, the ashram guides students through traditional yogic paths, reiki training, and wellbeing practices in Bhagsu Nag. The space also hosts singing bowls sound healing, cooking classes, agnihotra ceremonies, and bhajan and kirtan sessions. Aside from longer teacher courses, you can attend drop in yoga classes, weekend yoga courses, or stay for healthy vegetarian food served through their kitchen setup.
