Founded by Mital in 2022, this studio offers Himachal's first aerial yoga space alongside traditional yoga and pranayama sessions. You can also join floating sound baths, floating meditation, and wellness retreats. They run specific sessions for solo travelers, families, and children aged five and above, plus no-oil acupressure massages, reflexology, and vagus nerve relaxation.
