According to the institute, it is an autonomous organization formed in 2017 to promote education, practice, and research in the Electrohomoeopathic system of medicine. Located at City Tower in Shankarpur West, New Township, Durgapur, the college is affiliated with the General Council of Electrohomoeopathic System of Medicine West Bengal. The campus includes clean classrooms and a laboratory, offering a full-time DEMS diploma course across three academic years and a six-month internship under Principal Dr. Balaram Jha.
