According to HathaYog, it is a sacred space dedicated to offering authentic Classical Hatha Yoga in a structured, intimate, and traditional way. It aims to support sincere participants in beginning, deepening, and sustaining a transformative yogic journey. The space focuses on aligning the body and elevating consciousness, creating an environment where practices are received with receptivity, regularity, and reverence. Located near Rama Magneto Mall in Vaishali Nagar Phase 2, Bilaspur, sessions are conducted in small batches. The centre is guided by Raksha Singhania, a teacher trained and certified by Sadhguru Gurukulam through the intensive 21-week Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training Program.
