Dr. Anil Sulabh is associated with this health education center, which was founded in 1990 by the philanthropic voluntary organization Manava Manavi Samaj Kalyan Kendra. Located on Health Institute Road in Beur, Patna, the campus focuses on training healthcare and paramedical professionals to support medical services across Bihar.
