Known as the first modern naturopathy hospital in India, this health centre focuses on drugless healthcare, specialized naturopathy, and yoga therapy. Practicing disease-specific therapeutic yoga since 1978, the institute treats each person as an organized whole of body, mind, and the higher self, while also offering selected Ayurvedic treatments. The green campus is set along Tumkur Main Road in Nelakadiranahalli, Bengaluru. It features over 3,400 trees across 56 clusters, curated herbal gardens, walking trails, outdoor therapeutic spaces, a cycle track, and a juice point with a lake view. Accommodation is arranged into Economy, Premium, and Deluxe options to fit different budgets and needs, alongside free rooms for economically weaker sections. Associated with the Sitaram Jindal Foundation, the campus also includes the Manav Charitable Hospital to provide outpatient medical care for rural patients.
