About
According to its own profile, this fitness network runs under SAB Fitness & Training Centre Pvt. Ltd. and has been active in India since 2007. The brand notes that it is guided by doctors and professionals, featuring BMW-designed exercise machines across its clubs, academies, and obesity clinics. In Model Town, Jalandhar, you can sign up for gym memberships on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis. Workouts are supported by gym trainers along with dietitians who assist with personal diet schedules to help you pursue your body goals. The organisation also functions beyond standard gym workouts, running an education wing called NEO Academy. Through this setup, people aged 18 and above with 10+2 schooling can take up certification courses in subjects like wellness, aerobics, Zumba, and diet and nutrition.
