According to the institution, it focuses on sustaining global standards and educational practices for students in higher studies. Started in 1995 under the patronage of Dr. Medarametla Sivalinga Prasada Rao and Dr. M. Annapurna, the college is named after Sri Paladugu Nagaiah Chowdary and Sri Kotha Raghuramaiah. Based on Palnadu Road in Prakashnagar, Narasaraopeta, the campus features computer labs and a library with over 11,000 volumes, research journals, and a 300-seat reading hall.
