About
Two distinct campuses make up this school, giving students a choice between the mountain setting of Dharamshala and the beachside environment of Agonda Beach in South Goa. The Dharamshala branch operates out of Sunil House in Upper Bhagsu Nag, McLeod Ganj, set in the Himalayan foothills. Registered with Yoga Alliance USA, the school teaches 200-hour, 300-hour, and 100-hour Meditation and Yoga Nidra teacher training programmes. You can also sign up for wellness retreats, daily sattvic vegetarian meals, and residential options ranging from standard private rooms to super deluxe rooms with valley view balconies. Training also includes Usui lineage Reiki teacher courses and non-invasive one-on-one Reiki healing sessions conducted by appointment. Teachings draw from the Ashtanga Yoga of Sage Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and traditional yogic practices.
