Set in Upper Bhagsu in Dharamshala, the mountain setting brings crisp air, peaceful surroundings, and views that support serious study. Programs run as full-time immersions where you can step away from daily routines and step into daily sadhana, meditation, philosophy, and alignment sessions. All teacher training programs are accredited by Yoga Alliance, preparing you to teach across the globe. You can choose from foundational 200-hour courses, advanced 300-hour modules, multi-week Ayurveda therapist trainings, or focused 50-hour and 100-hour short courses, with shared or private room accommodation packages available on site.
