Started in 2020 by Mr. Pankaj Yadav, a National yoga player, sports instructor, and assistant professor at RCS College in Durg, the academy offers guidance in ancient wellness practices for people of all ages. You can attend sessions covering Power yoga, Hath yoga, Flow yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Kids yoga, along with Cardio, Aerobics, and Zumba workouts. The center also provides naturopathy therapies such as Yoga therapy, Color therapy, Reflexology, Magnetic therapy, and Seeds therapy to help with issues like chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and digestive problems. Classes run in morning and evening batches at their space on Krishna Talkies Road in Pragati Nagar, Risali.
