About
According to the Dean and Principal, the institution serves as a center of education, research, and high-level clinical care. It works to cultivate values of shiksha, sewa, sanskar, and rashtriyata in its students. Established under the Subharti KKB Charitable Trust in 1996, the institute grew from the vision of surgeon Dr. Atul Krishna and physician Dr. Mukti Bhatnagar. Set inside the 250-acre Swami Vivekanand Subharti University campus at Subharti Puram along NH-58 in Meerut, the college operates alongside the university's amenities, including hostels, sports grounds, and the Maangalya Convention Center. Clinical training and treatments run across departments like Oral Medicine and Radiology, Periodontology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry. Patients can also visit the specialized Tobacco Cessation Centre housed within the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology. The centre guides tobacco users through de-addiction routines and teaches them how to do self-examinations of their oral cavity.
