About
Composting services help Pune residents and businesses turn their organic wet waste into compost right on site. You can get pit installations or portable fibre-reinforced polymer bins along with coco-peat, safety gear, and a trained waste picker assigned to run the unit. They also help you maintain existing compost pits, which can help Pune properties qualify for a 5% rebate on property taxes under local municipal corporation rules. Run from Shukrawar Peth along Old Tilak Road, this autonomous cooperative brings thousands of self-employed waste pickers directly to residential doorsteps. Beyond daily door-to-door segregated collection, the network runs specialized drives to collect discarded electronic items, old furniture, kitchen utensils, and seasonal festival offerings across the city.
