According to the founders, this sanctuary for wellbeing was set up in 2013 to combine integrative medicine with compassion, addressing the root causes of physical and emotional discomfort rather than just treating symptoms. You can head to this community space in Lower Parel, Mumbai, for a wide range of sessions, including sound healing, rebirthing breathwork, Reiki, and Ayurvedic pain management. The centre also provides mental health counselling, arts-based therapy, cupping, and clinical guidance for chronic joint pain, migraines, and structural alignment. Along with individual consultations, the venue runs mindful movement classes such as salsa, ecstatic dance, prenatal yoga, and kids' ballet. Their versatile studio rooms and private consultation chambers are also open for hire to independent therapists, teachers, and workshop hosts.
