Advanced yoga teacher training is taught step by step at Round West in Thrissur. Started in 1985, this centre teaches 36 asana postures, shadkarma kriyas, and pranayama breathing techniques directly from teachers. You can attend Sunday batches, corporate training programmes, and therapeutic yoga camps for common diseases. They also conduct workshops and district yoga championships, teaching traditional yogic practices in a simple way for everyday health.
