Around Samta Colony in Raipur, Yog Plaza gives you a quiet space near the Central Library to practice yoga. Founded in 2018 by Vikram Sir, the studio runs sessions in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, power yoga, and meditation with pranayama. You can also join gentle prenatal yoga or playful kids yoga sessions. Alongside regular studio batches, they arrange personal home teachers and teacher training courses.
